Razvojna agencija Vukovarsko-srijemske županije sudjelovala je na Danima karijera i otvorenih vrata, u organizaciji Veleučilište „Lavoslav Ružička“ u Vukovaru i Centra za razvoj karijera. Manifestacija je održana u prostorijama Veleučilišta u Vukovaru te je okupila brojne poslodavce, institucije i organizacije s ciljem jačanja povezanosti studenata s tržištem rada, kao i predstavljanja mogućnosti stručnog usavršavanja i zapošljavanja nakon završetka studija.
Predstavnici Razvojne agencije studentima su predstavili djelokrug rada Agencije te aktualne projekte, s posebnim naglaskom na projekt HEARTS – Healthcare Equity and Access for Resilient Targeted Support, koji se provodi u okviru programa Interreg IPA Hrvatska – Bosna i Hercegovina – Crna Gora 2021.–2027.. Projekt je izazvao posebno velik interes među studentima Studija fizioterapije, koji su pokazali zanimanje za njegovu praktičnu primjenu u zdravstvenom i socijalnom sustavu.
Istaknuta je važnost kontinuiranog povezivanja obrazovnih institucija i krajnjih korisnika usluga, budući da takva suradnja omogućuje bolje razumijevanje potreba zajednice i kvalitetniju pripremu budućih stručnjaka za tržište rada. Upravo kroz ovakav pristup studenti imaju priliku već tijekom obrazovanja upoznati stvarne izazove i primjere dobre prakse iz područja u kojem će djelovati.
Posebno je istaknuta uloga fizioterapije u ranoj intervenciji, budući da pravovremena stručna podrška značajno doprinosi razvoju, oporavku i kvaliteti života, osobito kod djece, ranjivih skupina te osoba s razvojnim i zdravstvenim poteškoćama. U tom kontekstu, fizioterapija predstavlja ključnu kariku u multidisciplinarnom pristupu skrbi koji projekt HEARTS promiče.
Sudjelovanje na Danima karijera još je jednom potvrdilo važnost suradnje između obrazovnog sektora i razvojnih institucija, s ciljem jačanja kompetencija studenata te stvaranja kvalitetnijih i dostupnijih usluga za zajednicu.
HEARTS attracts Physiotherapy students at Career Days in Vukovar
The Vukovar-Srijem County Development Agency participated in the Career Days and Open Days event, organized by the Veleučilište „Lavoslav Ružička“ in Vukovar and the Career Development Centre. The event was held at the premises of the Veleučilište in Vukovar and brought together numerous employers, institutions, and organizations with the aim of strengthening the connection between students and the labour market, as well as presenting opportunities for professional development and employment after graduation.
Representatives of the Development Agency presented the Agency’s scope of work and ongoing projects to students, with special emphasis on the HEARTS – Healthcare Equity and Access for Resilient Targeted Support project, implemented within the framework of the Interreg IPA Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro 2021–2027. The project attracted significant interest among physiotherapy students, who showed particular curiosity regarding its practical application within the healthcare and social care systems.
The importance of continuous cooperation between educational institutions and end users of services was highlighted, as such collaboration enables a better understanding of community needs and ensures more effective preparation of future professionals for the labour market. Through this approach, students are given the opportunity to become familiar with real-world challenges and examples of good practice in their field already during their studies.
Particular emphasis was placed on the role of physiotherapy in early intervention, as timely professional support significantly contributes to development, recovery, and quality of life, especially for children, vulnerable groups, and individuals with developmental or health-related difficulties. In this context, physiotherapy represents a key component of the multidisciplinary care approach promoted by the HEARTS project.
Participation in Career Days once again confirmed the importance of cooperation between the education sector and development institutions, with the aim of strengthening student competencies and creating higher-quality and more accessible services for the community.
