{"id":15664,"date":"2026-10-15T11:32:46","date_gmt":"2026-10-15T11:32:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ra-vsz.hr\/?p=15664"},"modified":"2026-10-15T11:32:51","modified_gmt":"2026-10-15T11:32:51","slug":"hearts-kada-se-granice-pretvore-u-prostor-suradnje-podrske-i-novih-mogucnosti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ra-vsz.hr\/en\/hearts-kada-se-granice-pretvore-u-prostor-suradnje-podrske-i-novih-mogucnosti\/","title":{"rendered":"HEARTS: Kada se granice pretvore u prostor suradnje, podr\u0161ke i novih mogu\u0107nosti"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"427\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ra-vsz.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/hearts-int-1-1024x427.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ra-vsz.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/hearts-int-1-980x408.jpg 980w, https:\/\/www.ra-vsz.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/hearts-int-1-480x200.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1024px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U Razvojnoj agenciji Vukovarsko-srijemske \u017eupanije odr\u017ean je sastanak projektnih partnera projekta <strong>HEARTS \u2013 Healthcare Equity and Access for Resilient Targeted Support<\/strong>, koji se provodi u okviru programa prekograni\u010dne suradnje <strong>Interreg IPA Hrvatska \u2013 Bosna i Hercegovina \u2013 Crna Gora 2021. \u2013 2027.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Susret je bio prilika za osvrt na dosada\u0161nje rezultate, razmjenu iskustava i dogovor o zavr\u0161nim aktivnostima projekta koji povezuje partnere iz triju dr\u017eava oko zajedni\u010dkog cilja \u2013 <strong>u\u010diniti zdravstvene i socijalne usluge dostupnijima, kvalitetnijima i prilago\u0111enijima djeci i mladima s te\u0161ko\u0107ama u razvoju i njihovim obiteljima.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Snaga projekta HEARTS upravo je u prekograni\u010dnoj suradnji.<\/strong> Svaki partner donosi svoje znanje, iskustvo i perspektivu, a zajedni\u010dkim djelovanjem stvaraju se rje\u0161enja koja nadilaze granice pojedinih ustanova i dr\u017eava. Dok zdravstvene i socijalne ustanove razvijaju usluge i unapre\u0111uju uvjete za rad sa svojim korisnicima, razvojne agencije povezuju dionike, koordiniraju aktivnosti i doprinose tome da se projektne ideje pretvore u konkretne rezultate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Svaki od pet projektnih partnera doprinosi zajedni\u010dkom cilju na svoj na\u010din. <strong>Centar za pru\u017eanje usluga u zajednici Vukovarsko-srijemske \u017eupanije<\/strong>, kao vode\u0107i partner, razvija stru\u010dne i infrastrukturne kapacitete za podr\u0161ku djeci i obiteljima. <strong>Razvojna agencija Vukovarsko-srijemske \u017eupanije<\/strong> doprinosi pripremi i provedbi projekta, edukaciji, informiranju i povezivanju dionika. <strong>Razvojna agencija \u017dep\u010de<\/strong> koordinira aktivnosti na podru\u010dju \u017dep\u010da i poti\u010de razmjenu znanja i dobrih praksi, dok <strong>Dom zdravlja sa stacionarom \u017dep\u010de<\/strong> unapre\u0111uje zdravstvene usluge i stru\u010dnu podr\u0161ku. <strong>Udru\u017eenje roditelja djece s pote\u0161ko\u0107ama u razvoju Podgorica<\/strong> pridonosi razvoju usluga i podr\u0161ke djeci i njihovim obiteljima u Crnoj Gori. Zajedni\u010dkim djelovanjem partneri stvaraju temelje za dostupnije usluge i kvalitetniju podr\u0161ku onima kojima je najpotrebnija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Projekt se pribli\u017eava zavr\u0161etku provedbe, ali njegov zna\u010daj ne zavr\u0161ava posljednjom projektnom aktivno\u0161\u0107u.<\/strong> Za djecu i mlade to zna\u010di bolje uvjete za razvoj, stru\u010dnu podr\u0161ku i pristup prilago\u0111enim uslugama. Za roditelje i obitelji zna\u010di vi\u0161e informacija, znanja i mogu\u0107nosti za aktivno sudjelovanje u razvoju vlastite djece. Opportunities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A meeting of project partners was held at the Vukovar-Srijem County Development Agency as part of the <strong>HEARTS \u2013 Healthcare Equity and Access for Resilient Targeted Support<\/strong> project, implemented under the <strong>Interreg IPA Croatia \u2013 Bosnia and Herzegovina \u2013 Montenegro 2021\u20132027 Programme.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The meeting provided an opportunity to review the results achieved so far, exchange experiences and coordinate the final project activities. The project brings together partners from three countries around a common goal: making healthcare and social services more accessible, improving their quality and ensuring they are better tailored to the needs of children and young people with developmental disabilities and their families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The strength of the <strong>HEARTS<\/strong> project lies in cross-border cooperation. Each partner brings its own knowledge, experience and perspective, while joint efforts help create solutions that go beyond the boundaries of individual institutions and countries. Healthcare and social care institutions develop services and improve the support they provide to their users, while development agencies connect stakeholders, coordinate activities and help turn project ideas into tangible results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each of the five project partners contributes to this common goal in its own way. <strong>The<\/strong> <strong>Vukovar-Srijem County Centre for Community Services<\/strong>, as the lead partner, is strengthening its professional and infrastructural capacities to support children and families. <strong>The<\/strong> <strong>Vukovar-Srijem County Development Agency<\/strong> contributes to project preparation and implementation, training, raising awareness and connecting relevant stakeholders. <strong>The \u017dep\u010de Development Agency<\/strong> coordinates activities in the \u017dep\u010de area and promotes the exchange of knowledge and good practices, while the <strong>\u017dep\u010de Health Centre<\/strong> with Inpatient Care works to improve healthcare services and professional support. <strong>The Association of Parents of Children with Developmental Disabilities Podgorica<\/strong> contributes to the development of services and support for children and their families in Montenegro. Through their joint efforts, the partners are laying the foundations for more accessible services and better support for those who need it most.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project is approaching the end of its implementation period, but its impact will extend beyond the final project activity. For children and young people, this means better opportunities for development, professional support and access to services tailored to their needs. For parents and families, it means access to more information, knowledge and opportunities to actively participate in their children&#8217;s development.
