{"id":13344,"date":"2024-11-29T13:05:44","date_gmt":"2024-11-29T13:05:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ra-vsz.hr\/?p=13344"},"modified":"2024-11-29T13:05:47","modified_gmt":"2024-11-29T13:05:47","slug":"odrzana-pocetna-konferencija-projekta-soccare","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ra-vsz.hr\/en\/odrzana-pocetna-konferencija-projekta-soccare\/","title":{"rendered":"Odr\u017eana po\u010detna konferencija projekta SocCare"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Dana 26. studenoga 2024. u \u0160apcu je odr\u017eana po\u010detna konferencija projekta SocCare, \u010diji je cilj unapre\u0111enje kvalitete \u017eivota starijih i nemo\u0107nih osoba na podru\u010dju Hrvatske i Srbije kroz zajedni\u010dke aktivnosti i razmjenu dobrih praksi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konferenciju je organizirao Caritas \u0160abac, jedan od partnera projekta, uz sudjelovanje predstavnika svih partnerskih organizacija:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dom za starije i nemo\u0107ne osobe Ilok (vode\u0107i partner),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Razvojna agencija Vukovarsko-srijemske \u017eupanije,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gerontolo\u0161ki centar Ba\u010dka Palanka.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekt SocCare financiran je iz programa Interreg VI-A IPA Croatia-Serbia 2021-2027, s ukupnom vrijedno\u0161\u0107u od 1.759.424,63 EUR, od \u010dega 1.495.510,92 EUR \u010dine bespovratna sredstva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trajanje projekta je 30 mjeseci, od 1. listopada 2024. do 31. o\u017eujka 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sudionici konferencije naglasili su va\u017enost me\u0111ugrani\u010dne suradnje u unapre\u0111enju skrbi za starije i nemo\u0107ne osobe te istaknuli klju\u010dne ciljeve projekta, koji uklju\u010duju:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Razvoj novih usluga za starije osobe,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ja\u010danje kapaciteta organizacija koje pru\u017eaju socijalne usluge,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promicanje inovativnih modela skrbi i razmjenu iskustava me\u0111u partnerima.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Po zavr\u0161etku konferencije, partneri su odr\u017eali projektni sastanak na kojem su definirali plan nadolaze\u0107ih aktivnosti za provedbu projekta. The project duration is 30 months, from October 1, 2024, to March 31, 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants at the conference emphasized the importance of cross-border cooperation in improving care for the elderly and infirm, highlighting the project\u2019s key objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Development of new services for elderly individuals,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthening the capacities of organizations providing social services,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promoting innovative care models and exchanging experiences among partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the conference, partners held a project meeting to define the plan for upcoming activities.
