{"id":13078,"date":"2024-09-27T12:38:06","date_gmt":"2024-09-27T12:38:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ra-vsz.hr\/?p=13078"},"modified":"2024-12-04T06:44:34","modified_gmt":"2024-12-04T06:44:34","slug":"healthcare-equity-and-access-for-resilient-targeted-support-hearts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ra-vsz.hr\/en\/healthcare-equity-and-access-for-resilient-targeted-support-hearts\/","title":{"rendered":"Healthcare Equity and Access for Resilient Targeted Support &#8211; HEARTS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dana 1. kolovoza 2024. godine izme\u0111u Ministarstva regionalnoga razvoja i fondova Europske unije, kao upravlja\u010dkog tijela programa <em>Interreg VI-A-IPA Hrvatska- Bosna i Hercegovina- Crna Gora 2021. \u2013 2027.<\/em> te Centra za pru\u017eanje usluga u zajednici Vukovarsko-srijemske \u017eupanije, kao vode\u0107eg partnera, potpisan je ugovor o sufinanciranju projekta <strong>\u201eHealthcare Equity and Access for Resilient Targeted Support\u201c<\/strong>. Ukupna vrijednost projekta iznosi 1.716.255,00 EUR, od \u010dega Europska unija sufinancira 85% (1.458.816,75 EUR ) dok se preostalih 15% (257.438,25 EUR) financira iz nacionalnih sredstava. Provedba projekta traje 30 mjeseci, do 31.1.2027. godine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekt se provodi u partnerstvu Centra za pru\u017eanje usluga u zajednici Vukovarsko-srijemske \u017eupanije, Razvojne agencije Vukovarsko-srijemske \u017eupanije (Republika Hrvatska), Razvojne agencije \u017dep\u010de, Javne ustanove Dom zdravlja sa stacionarom \u017dep\u010de (Bosna i Hercegovina) i&nbsp; Udru\u017eenja roditelja djece s pote\u0161ko\u0107ama u razvoju Podgorica (Crna Gora).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekt je u skladu s programskim ciljem i izravno doprinosi osiguravanju jednakog pristupa zdravstvenoj skrbi i poti\u010de otpornost zdravstvenih sustava, uklju\u010duju\u0107i primarnu zdravstvenu za\u0161titu, te promi\u010de prijelaz s institucionalne skrbi na obitelj i zajednicu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vo\u0111eni \u017eeljom za unaprje\u0111enjem zdravstvenih usluga kao i podizanjem kvalitete usluge rane intervencije za djecu s pote\u0161ko\u0107ama u razvoju, projektni partneri osmislili su projekt <strong>HEARTS<\/strong>. Projektne aktivnosti pozitivno \u0107e utjecati na pove\u0107anje dostupnosti zdravstvene skrbi djece s razvojnim pote\u0161ko\u0107ama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekt <strong>HEARTS<\/strong> usmjeren je na pru\u017eanje cjelovitih zdravstvenih usluga i podr\u0161ke djeci s pote\u0161ko\u0107ama u razvoju, kao i njihovim obiteljima. Jedan od glavnih ciljeva je osigurati ranu intervenciju koja \u0107e unaprijediti kognitivni, emocionalni i fizi\u010dki razvoj djece, \u0161to je klju\u010dno za njihovu dugoro\u010dnu dobrobit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neke od klju\u010dnih aktivnosti projekta su:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Uspostava mobilnih timova <\/strong>koja \u0107e omogu\u0107iti partnerskim institucijama pru\u017eanje stru\u010dne pomo\u0107i ciljnoj skupini i&nbsp; izvan institucije.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Izrada web platforme <\/strong>za razmjenu informacija i mi\u0161ljenja, kao i konzultacije izme\u0111u stru\u010dnjaka na projektu i izvan njega, prvenstveno \u0107e biti koristan alat obiteljima djece s te\u0161ko\u0107ama u razvoju i \u0161iroj javnosti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Edukacija zdravstvenih radnika i stru\u010dnjaka<\/strong> za rani razvoj, s fokusom na multidisciplinarni pristup u tretiranju razli\u010ditih oblika pote\u0161ko\u0107a u razvoju.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Unaprje\u0111enje infrastrukture i opreme<\/strong> u zdravstvenim ustanovama, \u010dime \u0107e se omogu\u0107iti pristup kvalitetnijim uslugama i modernim dijagnosti\u010dkim metodama.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Podr\u0161ka obiteljima<\/strong> kroz savjetovanje i edukaciju o va\u017enosti rane intervencije te ja\u010danje kapaciteta za prepoznavanje razvojnih pote\u0161ko\u0107a u ranom stadiju.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekt <strong>HEARTS<\/strong> predstavlja zna\u010dajan iskorak u osiguravanju inkluzivnijeg i pristupa\u010dnijeg zdravstvenog sustava, u kojem \u0107e svako dijete imati jednake mogu\u0107nosti za razvoj i uspjeh. Ujedno kroz planirane aktivnosti oja\u010dat \u0107e se kapaciteti zdravstvenih ustanova i stru\u010dnjaka u pru\u017eanju usluga osobama s te\u0161ko\u0107ama, kao i pove\u0107ati svijest \u0161ire javnosti o va\u017enosti rane intervencije i integracije djece s pote\u0161ko\u0107ama u zajednicu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"498\" height=\"498\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ra-vsz.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/hearts-slika.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13080\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ra-vsz.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/hearts-slika.png 498w, https:\/\/www.ra-vsz.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/hearts-slika-480x480.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 498px, 100vw\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201eSadr\u017eaj publikacije isklju\u010diva je odgovornost Razvojne agencije Vukovarsko-srijemske \u017eupanije\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Healthcare Equity and Access for Resilient Targeted Support- HEARTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On August 1, 2024, an agreement was signed between the Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds, as the managing authority of the Interreg VI-A-IPA Croatia-Bosnia and Herzegovina-Montenegro 2021-2027 program, and the Center for Community Service Provision of Vukovar-Srijem County, as the lead partner, for co-financing the project <strong>\u201cHealthcare Equity and Access for Resilient Targeted Support.\u201d<\/strong> The total project value amounts to EUR 1,716,255.00, with the European Union co-financing 85% (EUR 1,458,816.75) and the remaining 15% (EUR 257,438.25) funded by national sources. The project will be implemented over 30 months, until January 31, 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is being carried out in partnership with the Center for Community Service Provision of Vukovar-Srijem County, the Development Agency of Vukovar-Srijem County (Republic of Croatia), the Development Agency of \u017dep\u010de, the Public Health Institution of \u017dep\u010de with a hospital (Bosnia and Herzegovina), and the Association of Parents of Children with Developmental Disabilities in Podgorica (Montenegro).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project aligns with the program&#8217;s goal and directly contributes to ensuring equal access to healthcare and promoting the resilience of healthcare systems, including primary healthcare, while supporting the transition from institutional care to family and community-based care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Driven by the desire to improve healthcare services and raise the quality of early intervention services for children with developmental disabilities, the project partners have designed the HEARTS project. The project activities will positively impact the increased availability of healthcare for children with developmental disabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The HEARTS project is focused on providing comprehensive healthcare services and support to children with developmental disabilities and their families. One of its main goals is to ensure early intervention that will improve the cognitive, emotional, and physical development of children, which is crucial for their long-term well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some key project activities include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Establishing mobile teams that will allow partner institutions to provide professional assistance to the target group outside the institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Developing a web platform for information and opinion exchange, as well as consultations between experts in the project and beyond, primarily benefiting families of children with developmental disabilities and the wider public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Educating healthcare workers and early development experts, with a focus on a multidisciplinary approach to treating various developmental difficulties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Improving infrastructure and equipment in healthcare institutions, enabling access to better services and modern diagnostic methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Supporting families through counseling and education on the importance of early intervention and strengthening the capacity to recognize developmental difficulties at an early stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The HEARTS project represents a significant step toward ensuring a more inclusive and accessible healthcare system, where every child has equal opportunities for development and success.
