Projects, as a tool, enable the achievement of development goals and, with a clearly defined strategic development direction, enrich the quality of life, create more competitive economy, and fairer society. Vukovar-Srijem County will, among other sources of financing, significantly rely on the use of\u00a0<\/span>EU funds in the financial perspective 2021-2027<\/a>. Vukovar-Srijem County Development Agency, in the realisation of projects, plays its role by providing advisory and professional assistance in the preparation and implementation of development projects of local, regional, and national importance.<\/span><\/p>\n

HOW TO PREPARE AND SUBMIT A PROJECT<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In order to successfully prepare and submit a project, we present five basic steps that must be followed:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Define the need\/problem to be solved -> Create a project idea<\/li>\n
    2. Monitor and identify opportunities (adequate funding sources through calls\/tenders) for funding the project idea<\/li>\n
    3. Check the compatibility of the project idea with the call\/tender<\/li>\n
    4. Upon finding an adequate call\/tender for financing a project idea, it needs to be improved\/adjusted with the terms of the call\/tender -> develop appropriate intervention logic (elaborate idea, results, activities, outputs, indicators, projects budget, etc.)<\/li>\n
    5. In accordance with the instructions for applicants to the selected call\/tender -> collect all the necessary supporting documentation, submit the project in the prescribed manner and within the given deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      There are various information sources regarding numerous calls\/tenders; below are some of the main sources of information\/funding:<\/p>\n
