toggle_font_size=&#8221;25px&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221; open=&#8221;off&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>Considering the complexity of project cycle management, in addition to the projects it prepares and implements in its field of activity, VSC DA provides assistance to interested institutions in all phases of the preparation process, particularly:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitoring and informing beneficiaries regarding funding opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Organising informative workshops on open calls<\/li>\n<li>Establishment and development of partnerships<\/li>\n<li>Establishment and strengthening of cross-border and international cooperation<\/li>\n<li>Expert support in the preparation of project documentation<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of project documentation<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of expert documentation for the purpose of applying for calls\/tenders from various funding sources<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=&#8221;Department for Program and Project Implementation&#8221; toggle_font=&#8221;|700|||||||&#8221; toggle_font_size=&#8221;25px&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221; open=&#8221;off&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>Activities of implementation and monitoring of programs and projects co-financed and\/or financed from EU funds and other international and national funding sources, as well as cooperation with institutions authorised for the implementation of programs and projects include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Informing the beneficiary of the obligations under the grant agreement<\/li>\n<li>Enabling smooth implementation of project activities in accordance with the Gantt chart of activities<\/li>\n<li>Drawing up a procurement plan, and participation in the preparation of tender documents<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of reports and other implementation documents in cooperation with the beneficiary<\/li>\n<li>Informing about possible external influences that may affect the implementation of the project to a greater or lesser extent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=&#8221;Department for Research and Development, and International Affairs&#8221; toggle_font=&#8221;|700|||||||&#8221; toggle_font_size=&#8221;25px&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221; open=&#8221;off&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>In different organisational forms, since the beginning of the Agency\u2019s work, the Department has carried out:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Research, organisation and management of bilateral, multilateral cooperation between the Agency and EU institutions and entities, international organisation, cross-border and transnational agencies and institutions<\/li>\n<li>Preparation and implementation of projects, activities and programs in the field of research and development, and cross-border and transnational cooperation<\/li>\n<li>Connecting relevant stakeholders within the triple helix approach \u2013 public administration, entrepreneurship, and the scientific and research community at the national and international level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=&#8221;Department for Regional Development and Strategic Planning&#8221; toggle_font=&#8221;|700|||||||&#8221; toggle_font_size=&#8221;25px&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221; open=&#8221;off&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>The Department, pursuant to the Act on Regional Development of the Republic of Croatia (OG 147\/2014), and the Act on Amendments to the Act on Regional Development of the Republic of Croatia (OG 123\/2017, OG 118\/18), performs the following public authority tasks of public interest:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develops county development strategies and other strategic and development documents for the county area and their implementation documents<\/li>\n<li>Verifies the compliance of strategic planning documents of the county\u2019s development with hierarchically superior strategic planning documents<\/li>\n<li>Performs professional and advisory tasks related to the implementation of the Development Plan of Vukovar-Srijem County and other strategic, development and implementation documents for the county area, and reports to the founder and the Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds on their implementation<\/li>\n<li>Cooperates with the Ministry and all other relevant stakeholders on strategic planning and development management for the county area<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates the county local self-government units\u2019 activities related to regional development<\/li>\n<li>Participates in the work of the Partnership Council of the VSC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=&#8221;Department for General, Legal and Financial Affairs&#8221;
